1f97da4eb9 Fix nested vendoring 
For code embedding (e.g. deploy.sh), we've changed vendor embedding to
include all contents instead of just CUE files #1526.

The problem is we're vendoring the package's `cue.mod/pkg`.

This fixes it.

b33d6b2243 Remove dependence on project, use cue.mod path. 
Ensure that we have done an init in this folder.

Also, force a clean checkout of the tag we've chosen to upgrade to.

282759c0e5 cue modules: move stdlib to pkg/alpha.dagger.io 
In preparation for Europa, we will vendor multiple CUE modules:

- `pkg/alpha.dagger.io`: legacy non-europa packages
- `pkg/dagger.io`: core Europa packages
- `pkg/universe.dagger.io`: Europa universe
