Make changelog.com highlevel Europa run

We fixed a few issues with @shykes & @jlongtine, and @talentedmrjones
gave us this great command to run:

    cd pkg/universe.dagger.io/examples/changelog.com/highlevel
    dagger up --europa ./gerhard --log debug --log-format plain
